Steve and Renae Cassidy, with 40+ years of experience in the modular transportable industry, are thrilled to bring their expertise to Margaret River in the South West of Western Australia. Their range of home designs caters to all budgets and lifestyles, promising elegance and practicality to create joy and contentment for homeowners.
After living in the fast lane in Perth Steve and Renae decided to settle back in Margaret River with their 3 children and offer their experience and product knowledge of modular builds to the clientele of the South West.
Meet Renae.
Renae with her twenty years experience in the modular industry also grew up with it in a very successful and respected family business - A business that was an innovator of the transportable industry in the early eighties with the development of the first precast concrete slabs which set the trend for what we use today. Renae also has a financial planning and accounting background with all the skill sets that could benefit prospective clients.
Meet Steve.
Steve grew up in Margaret River playing footy, surfing and learning his carpentry trade with local builders around the region, before moving to Perth in his early twenties to focus on a career in modular residential and commercial work. Steve and his team worked on many contracts for the likes of Rio Tinto, BHP, Woodside and Chevron all through the mining boom, as well as countless residential homes, commercial kitchens, gymnasiums and offices. He also carried out work for the Department of Housing and numerous shires across Western Australia that required housing, sporting complexes, shops and schools. But most importantly Steve has built a vast amount of residential homes which is what South West Living intend to focus on in the South West region.
